Cancellations & Changes
Any changes or cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible. Cancellation terms may vary depending on the event date and circumstances and will be discussed at the time of booking.
Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate space, access, and suitable conditions for the photo booth setup at the event venue. Prestige Events Co is not responsible for delays or issues caused by venue restrictions, power availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
Use of Images
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Prestige Events Co may use images captured during events for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on our website and social media. If you wish to opt out, please notify us prior to your event.
Liability
Prestige Events Co will take all reasonable care when providing services. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from misuse of equipment, guest behaviour, or circumstances beyond our control.
